Plots for New Statics with 15 year lease
We currently have plots available in our Hoblyn & Headland Fields (Static 1 & 2) for which you could choose a new static, and start a new 15-year lease (note, these plots are for new statics only) ready for the start of the 2026 season.
As a very rough guide, a price for brand new static in our Hoblyn or Headland Fields, (delivered, sited on a new concrete base, connected, commissioned, including vat and a new 15-year lease) would cost between £67,500 - £90,000. The cost depends on the caravan chosen. Plots available:
